GAIA is a subscription-based network designed to empower senior women leaders through connection, growth, and support. It is tailored for women at the senior manager level and upwards who are looking to navigate career challenges, share insights, and build lasting professional relationships.
-
GAIA’s unique 360-degree approach enables strong individual foundations and professional relationships for women leaders to thrive. This comprises the following key areas:
Peer Groups: We organise members into consistent peer groups (typically 8-10 people), referred to as a peer group or personal board of advisors. These groups form trusted circles, meeting monthly to discuss career challenges, share best practices, and give and receive valuable feedback.
Executive Coaching: Receive personalised coaching quarterly to unlock your full potential and drive your career forward. This can be included or excluded from your membership package.
Executive Learning: Within the peer group setting, we engage in structured learning to enhance your leadership abilities. This is tailored to meet the individual needs of each group.
Purposeful Networking: Build meaningful connections across the wider GAIA network that support your growth.
